Dr Yamamoto is not only expernced and knowledgable, but she is also a true professional when it comes to dealing with special needs pets. My dog Emma was a stray from the shelter and is very shy and fearful. Dr Yamamoto is able to make Emma feel at ease. My family and friends have helped me get Emma over her fears. It is a lot of commitment and time to help a shy dog. Unfortunately it only takes one negitive incident to cause a setback. I never have to worry about a trip to the vet. They are all very kind and patient. Emma has recovered from some of her fears and is now a champion agility dog. She has been on TV and travelled to multiple states. I consider Dr Yamamoto a member of our "team". The compassion and kindness she gives to all of her patients is outstanding.

Dr. Adams goes above and beyond. She sent me a personalized, detailed email with cytology results from my dog's cyst aspiration the day following the procedure (on a Friday evening), setting my mind at ease. She has worked with me the whole way and provided me detailed information about cost, research, and pros and cons of different treatments. I put full faith in her for my pet's care!
